What was your company’s primary use case for Fenix AI?
Primary use is to serve as a virtual assistant to complement our leasing consultant efforts 24/7. Provide customer service, answer questions, and help assist the shopper with making leasing decisions using easy to use 24/7 conversion tools, such as 'Schedule a Tour."
What do you like most about Fenix AI?
The ability to customize and ease of client dashboard use. Real-time changes are critical. The game changer for us is having a dedicated, client success manager. We are grateful to have Andrew, as our dedicated account manager. Andrew is amazing and always eager to help and jump in to help make our never-ending marketing objectives attended to quickly and effectively. We appreciate you, Andrew.
What could Fenix AI do better?
Onboarding has improved, but we still run into occasional Yardi integration issues. Continue to build out more on-demand intelligence that is purposeful and useful for customers to help alleviate more of those frequently asked questions. Also, it would be ideal if ACE could translate in Spanish. (I'm sure that is coming soon)
