Great option for a different kind of advertising

What was your company’s primary use case for ApartmentGeofencing.com?

We've been utilizing ApartmentGeofencing in 2023 as an alternative and in-person targeting to ILS advertising. We've seen some great traction with our targets and find ApartmentGeofencing's reporting to be comprehensive to reflect performance insights.

What do you like most about ApartmentGeofencing.com?

I really like their unique advertising avenue of streaming service commercials, it's a newer way to reach an audience and is more outside the box of traditional sources.

What could ApartmentGeofencing.com do better?

I think more proactive communication regarding strategies and reporting would be helpful, though maybe we're still in the early stages and shouldn't be making changes yet as there hasn't been enough time.

Who would you recommend ApartmentGeofencing.com to?

A better structure of ongoing reporting and performance reviews.

I would like their team to give a few more recommendations on where to target and best practices.

Geofence campaigns work great for any industry, but I think it works best when you target comps or when you need a short term geofence an event or conference.

Great Geofencing Partner

What was your company’s primary use case for ApartmentGeofencing.com?

We have been working with Apartmentgeofencing.com on some of our smaller deals that don't have an elaborate marketing budget.

What do you like most about ApartmentGeofencing.com?

I really appreciate having real time data available whenever we need it and the onboarding process could not be easier. They make it incredibly easy for us to go from approved to live in a matters of hours. Their pricing tiers are also incredibly reasonable and the campaign performance we have been seeing is exceeding the industry.

What could ApartmentGeofencing.com do better?

I really don't have any dislikes. I think the only thing would be more customization on the reporting dashboard but that really isn't a /need/. Right now, I can get to and access everything I want.

Who would you recommend ApartmentGeofencing.com to?

I would recommend them to anyone in the property management space. Whether you have big deals or small, elaborate budgets or not, they are a really great partner and make everything feel so easy.

Every time I have had questions or needed assistance, they are very prompt and knowledgeable in return.

Value for money

Their pricing structure makes it incredibly easy to find a package that will fit a properties needs. We don't have to over spend to get the results we are looking for.
