A True Partner In Our Lease Up Execution

What was your company’s primary use case for Authentic?

We've worked with Authentic on several of our lease-up projects from branding through marketing execution.

What do you like most about Authentic?

When it comes to branding and truly setting a property apart, nobody does it better than Authentic. The insights they're able to gather and their ability to turn a brand into a true lifetime asset for a property are unmatched. Every time we've worked with them I walk away feeling like we got way more than we paid for and I have a true toolkit to help me successfully market and lease my building. In previous experiences with other vendors I've found the output just does not align with our vision for the property and the cost does not meet the deliverable needs. I have never had that experience with Authentic. The skill of their team to take all the details of the building and turn it into a comprehensive brand experience is seriously impressive.

What could Authentic do better?

We have never had a bad experience with Authentic. From the onboarding to the execution and project wrap-up, the entire process is seamless from start to finish.

Who would you recommend Authentic to?

Any developer or property owner looking to work with an agency that truly understands how to brand and market in the real estate space. Someone who is looking for a true partner in the process and an agency to provide exceptional value to the project overall.

Sure you can pay less going with the "other guys" but you'll pay for it later when you have to redo or outsource missed assets. A Valued Marketing Partner

What was your company’s primary use case for Authentic?

We engaged Authentic a couple of years ago to help Priya evolve its marketing from DIY to truly professional and more effective. While we had a great brand identity that had been developed by our in-house creative director, it needed further iteration to achieve our marketing goals and objectives. Authentic built us a far more efficient lead generation web site, improved the brand guide and created a sales collateral system used by our communities and call center. It's been a good relationship.
