The Easiest, Simple, Best System We Use

What was your company’s primary use case for BetterBot?

We rolled BetterBot out on all of our communities as a chat several years ago. In 2021, BetterBot saved each community an average of 31 hours per month and $700K in leasing dollars. Since then we have seen even better automation and more time and money saved. We have also started to roll out the lead nurturer on select properties and are seeing a huge increase in conversion.

What do you like most about BetterBot?

One of the best things about BetterBot is the setup and rollout. I remember saying, "So what do I need to do for setup?" and "What am I missing? I'm missing something". Nope, the setup is the easiest setup I've done. Everything is automated which allows a small Marketing team of 3 like mine (3 for 35K units) the ease and support we needed for a mass rollout.

What could BetterBot do better?

At this time I have nothing that BetterBot needs to do "better". Reporting is great, transparency is there, and the automation is fantastic.

Who would you recommend BetterBot to?

Everyone. No matter how large or small your company is, you will benefit from BB. The shear ease of the rollout and the benefit to your prospects and residents is amazing.

BetterBot is the AI leasing solution we were searching for!

What was your company’s primary use case for BetterBot?

In the winter of 2022, my team beta tested several credible AI leasing chatbots across our multifamily portfolio. After a 3-month beta, the undeniable front runner for us was BetterBot. We utilize their AI chatbot and lead nurture functions across all our sites.

What do you like most about BetterBot?

Simple, the team! As a decision maker within my company, not only am I looking for a solution that meets our company needs, but also is the team responsive, proactive, good communicators, innovative and transparent- the BetterBot team certainly has and is that partner to us.

What could BetterBot do better?

Continue to innovate to meet our growing needs as we centralize our operations- I have had great conversations with their team and from what they've shared, they will be able to meet our future needs as well.

Who would you recommend BetterBot to?

Any multifamily operator who is trying to do more with a lesser lift on their team. Lead nurture is tedious, routine work- by adopting BetterBot's AI chatbot that lives on a majority of our lead sources (Google, ILSs, social, website, etc.) our teams have more time on their hands to enhance our prospective residents' experience.

For the reasons stated within my review. Their team has been exceptional to work with through implementation, remediation of hiccups, how smooth and swift the implementation process is, the bot living on a majority of our marketing sources, it's AI lead nurture capabilities, and their innovative nature to meet our growing needs with centralization.

Value for money

While it is not the most affordable solution on the market, we couldn't be happier with the performance for the cost paid. We were previously with a highly affordable bot, but the functionalities, and cost and time-savings did not compare to BetterBot.

Ease of onboarding

One of the main wins for me when opting for BetterBot to implement across the entire portfolio is how smooth, swift, and accurate onboarding is. When we look at implementing across several locations- other solutions were highly tedious and took a great amount of time from my team- BetterBot's was a fraction of the lift and time- allowing for little disruption to my team and our other marketing efforts.

Compatibility with your existing solutions

For what we need BetterBot for today- it performs exceptionally well. It intergrate with Matterports and Realync for 360 tours to live within the bot, its AI capabilities pick up slang and conversation well, it nurtures leads via text, and email and only delivers our teams viable leads. Excited for their future capabilities to come.

The Easiest Marketing Related Product I've Ever Deployed

What was your company’s primary use case for BetterBot?

We had met with BetterBot right before the world shut down due to COVID in 2020. We had already made the decision to partner with them to test their technology on a handful of properties. We were able to deploy quickly, very quickly see the positive impact of having BetterBot on our websites and in other places our customers were apartment hunting and make the decision to deploy to our entire portfolio.

What do you like most about BetterBot?

It's really hard to just name one thing. As the title says, deploying our bots was one of the easiest processes I've gone through with a marketing related product. We've rarely had any issues and when we have they've been fixed quickly. I additionally love that BB works to keep pricing as reasonable as possible as they continue to add functionality. BB really listens to clients and works towards continuing to enhance the product to make our lives easier.

What could BetterBot do better?

I know this is probably going to sound unbelievable, but right now I can't think of anything. They've taken feedback our company has provided and used it to help us solve problems at every turn. I guess I wish that their roadmap could be worked through more quickly because I'm excited about the way they want to enhance the product, but I also understand that it has to be done right.

Who would you recommend BetterBot to?

Anyone in multifamily looking to deploy and grow with bot (and more) technology.

We don't have a ton of issues but when we do, or just need their help with something they're quick and do things right the first time.

Value for money

In our industry, marketing budgets are not large and when costs increase too much on products, we may be forced to drop things we don't want to. BB came out at a very fair price and has worked hard to keep it reasonable.

I've never deployed a product as easily as this one.

They are our existing solution. Based on things I've already shared, in comparison with others, they were clearly the right solution for us.

A Better Way!

What was your company’s primary use case for BetterBot?

We utilize Better Bot (BB) as our primary chat feature as well as lead engagement.

What do you like most about BetterBot?

BB has full integration with our PMS and has the ability to provide prospects with live pricing, availability, tour scheduling via a calendar integration, and more! The simplistic interface for users have proven to increase engagement, lower interaction rates amongst prospect and leasing team and increase conversions.

What could BetterBot do better?

Provide assistance with omni-channel marketing onboarding and set up. Pipe dream, probably, but would be great!

Who would you recommend BetterBot to?

All multifamily providers (owners, third party, REITs, etc)

Better Bot who we call BB!!!!

We absolutely love BB! It has allowed our prospects the ease of not figuring out our website alone! BB is there to help from the start and that is why we WIN every time.
