What was your company’s primary use case for Dyverse Ads Management?

We use Dyvverse to advertise our apartment communities throughout the US.

What do you like most about Dyverse Ads Management?

Dyverse has been a fantastic partner, and Nonsi has been especially impressive. Her proactive and analytical approach helped us quickly pivot our strategy when a property experienced a sudden drop in occupancy. Thanks to Dyverse’s direct integration with Real Page and Nonsi’s quick insight, she identified the issue before our team and suggested focusing on our MFTE units, where the decline was happening. Her ability to spot trends and offer solutions immediately made a big impact on our performance.

What could Dyverse Ads Management do better?

Dyverse could offer more educational resources focused on product knowledge and renter behavior. This would help us better understand trends and make even more informed decisions for our advertising strategies. The onboarding process could also be simplified. I can't think of a specific example to share at the moment however next time I complete the onboarding steps I'll note where I've noticed slight friction.
