What was your company’s primary use case for Engrain SightMap®?
We needed a solution for our on-site teams that would assist them with leasing virtually and over the phone. In addition we wanted a tool that would be a "leasing notebook" while they were on tour. Engrain's SightMap was the answer for all of these.
What do you like most about Engrain SightMap®?
The ease of use for our on-site teams. They absolutely love how easy it is to walk through someone virtually/over the phone, and how they can walk through availability and locations of pre-leasing units while they are on tour without ever going back to the office. Just another way to close on their tours without letting them walk out the door.
What could Engrain SightMap® do better?
We had some hiccups during our rollout, however, we did roll out almost 100 properties and have since worked with the team on onboarding. The team is fantastic and while onboarding our new properties the process has been seamless.
Who would you recommend Engrain SightMap® to?
Everyone. SightMap is beneficial to all properties and companies as a leasing tool, whether virtual or in-person.

Anything that creates efficiency for our on-site teams at the same time as increasing our closing is "value for our money".
Ease of onboarding
I am giving them a 4 because of the hiccups we had initially, however, they have improved so much since then.

They ahve integrated well with everything we currently use. If they didn't at the time we launched, they created solutions to integrate.
