Improve Your Advertisements with Automation

What was your company’s primary use case for Fluency?

BH Management’s goal was to move all digital advertising in-house, which we were able to do with automation.

What do you like most about Fluency?

BH and Fluency have been working together since 2020 and the partnership continues to thrive. We’ve been able to build beyond a partnership and have strong, friendly and respectful relationships, making our weekly calls not only enjoyable but one to look forward to. That paired with super communication and clearly laid out processes make it painless to launch new ideas, edit existing strategies and deep dive into data.

What could Fluency do better?

I'd like to see more flexible reporting solutions that are included in our existing package.

Who would you recommend Fluency to?

Anyone (agency or organization) looking to streamline and automate their digital advertising.

Customer support and service

We have a dedicated team that we work very closely with. They are responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Value for money

The expense here is far better than any agency fee you might encounter.

Ease of onboarding

No real issues here, but there is a learning curve in how the platform works. But they do offer managed service for an extra cost that could solve this issue for many.

Compatibility with your existing solutions

I haven't really encountered compatibility issues that Fluency wasn't able to solve for. That said, I would like more and more intuitive reporting functionality.
