Do Not Use – Extremely Unreliable

What was your company’s primary use case for GreenWay Waste & Recycling?

I have had repeated issues with GreenWay Waste and Recycling failing to collect my trash, despite having it properly placed outside at the scheduled times. I have made several phone calls and filed complaints, yet the problem persists.

What do you like most about GreenWay Waste & Recycling?

I even received personal assurances from both a Supervisor (via text) and the Operations Manager (via phone call) that my trash would be collected as promised. Both explained that the issue was due to the wrong address, which I corrected immediately. The Operations Manager additionally cited a change in management personnel as the reason for the repeated failures. I also provided pictures of my uncollected trash, but the service did not improve.

What could GreenWay Waste & Recycling do better?

This company is extremely unreliable and does not follow through on their promises. I strongly advise apartment communities and businesses to avoid using GreenWay Waste and Recycling. They are not worth your time or trust.
