Love GrydDigital

What was your company’s primary use case for GrydDigital?

We met the GrydDigital team at the AIM Conference. We were immediately impressed with the quality of their products. We had them produce 2 CGI virtual tours. They turned out beautifully!

What do you like most about GrydDigital?

They are easy to work with and very accessible.

What could GrydDigital do better?

Honestly, they knocked it out of the park!

Who would you recommend GrydDigital to?

I would encourage anyone looking to add new 360 tours, cgi, etc to their portfolio, to have a meeting the Gryd team.

We have had the pleasure of working with Gryd for several years on a variety of photography projects, and they have consistently exceeded our expectations. Wonderful Renderings!

GrydDigital created some 3D renderings for a new multifamily project.

What do you like most about GrydDigital?

The renderings were very high quality, they were instrumental to our lease up. The staff was responsive and easy to work with. I was very pleased with the final product.

Exceptional Digital Rendering Partner for Real Estate Development

What was your company’s primary use case for GrydDigital?

PLK Communities partnered with Gryd Digital for our new construction project in Hamilton, Ohio, where we are building 272 brand new luxury apartment homes. We required high-definition, interior and exterior renderings of the apartment buildings, community spaces, and clubhouse amenities. Additionally, we needed virtual tours of select apartment homes for future prospects and a drone fly-through video for our website to showcase the community comprehensively.

What do you like most about GrydDigital?

The response time, industry understanding, and flexibility to make necessary tweaks and changes are top-notch. The communication platform used for feedback during the rendering review process is excellent, offering transparent communication lines and an easy way to comment directly on the renderings.

What could GrydDigital do better?

A feature to provide live feedback on virtual tours, similar to the Miro board used for 2D renderings, would be beneficial. However, providing a bulleted list of updates has proven to be effective and manageable.

Who would you recommend GrydDigital to?

I would recommend Gryd Digital to anyone in the multifamily housing sector seeking realistic digital assets for real estate. They take ownership of their work, ensuring high detail and accuracy in visual representations, crucial for pre-photography and video marketing.

Customer support and service

Orycia and Josh have been stellar in their communication, punctuality, and adaptiveness. I can't say enough about them! While I've only worked with them, I imagine they represent the work culture of all of Gryd.

Value for money

Gryd certainly isn't the cheapest option on the market for rendering or virtual tour options. However, the level of quality, attention to detail, and options they offer are definitely worth the money if you're looking for photo realistic digital assets.

Ease of onboarding

I love that I can simply upload massive amounts of documents varying from full construction prints to selection handbooks, change orders, photos, videos, drone content and more and Gryd has the ability to sift through it all to get exactly what they need without me having to call out specifics.

Compatibility with your existing solutions

The digital assets we purchased from Gryd were high-res 2D renderings (interior and exterior), virtual tours, and a 90-second video. All file formats were universal and able to be used anywhere. Gryd provides unique URLs and embedded URL links for the virtual tours allowing us to seamlessly embed them in our website, ILS's and our PMS.
