Highly recommended service for those interested in a strong online reputation

What was your company’s primary use case for J Turner Research Review Management & ORA Monitoring?

My company places a large onus on the important of a strong reputation and the customer experience. Having a continually monitored reputation and review response system allows us to ensure that all customers are followed up with. It has allowed us to more quickly gauge areas of opportunity as well as ensure things like service requests, refunds, and more are promptly followed up on by our teams.

What do you like most about J Turner Research Review Management & ORA Monitoring?

Being able to quickly download and review data at a glance is extremely beneficial. Reports are quick to export and quick to understand. For a team that is always tackling the next initiative or on to the next meeting, being able to generate information and benchmark in real time is incredibly helpful.

What could J Turner Research Review Management & ORA Monitoring do better?

More reporting and ways to cut/slice data. I'd also love to be able to pull a reputation site's current score and volume in real time.

Who would you recommend J Turner Research Review Management & ORA Monitoring to?

I would recommend it to any business or company that takes their digital curb appeal seriously. Each industry is crowded and customers can and will review your reputation sites to ensure they are going to get the best experience.

Customer support and service

The team at J. Turner is excellent. From Krissy, Scott, Marcus, Joseph, Turner, and more. They are dedicated to getting you the results and answers you need. Having them as a vendor as great, but having the solid partnership and communication is a huge plus that you don't get with every vendor.

What was your company’s primary use case for J Turner Research Review Management & ORA Monitoring?

Our company uses review management and ORA monitoring to take away some of the stress of our community teams when it comes to having to respond to reviews. The response service takes responding to reviews off our our teams plates and allows them more time to interact with our customers. In addition, ORA monitoring allows our management company to stay in tuned with our online curb appeal throughout our portfolio.

What do you like most about J Turner Research Review Management & ORA Monitoring?

The easy approval process for review management and that the platforms allows our team to provide further details on reviews if needed.

What could J Turner Research Review Management & ORA Monitoring do better?

I don't have any dislikes, but a recommendation. I would like to see more graph breakdowns of the review data received. It will also be nice to see community reputation averages for each review site somehow pulled as well.
