What was your company’s primary use case for Notify – Automated Answering Service?

We decided to use Notify for emergency, after hours maintenance calls for our residents.

What do you like most about Notify – Automated Answering Service?

The ease of use and being able to respond without having to speak directly to a person. We can quickly, with the push of a button, let the resident know we are on the way.

What could Notify – Automated Answering Service do better?

Make the scheduling options available for editing to the software admins such as myself. It would be great to do a copy/past or drag and drop for setting up schedules.

Who would you recommend Notify – Automated Answering Service to?

Anyone in multifamily housing.

Emergency calls- made easier!!

What was your company’s primary use case for Notify – Automated Answering Service?

We use Notify (Hellospoke) to manage our after hours answering service- including emergency maintenance calls (from initial contact to completion!!), multi-option directions for callers-, to screen out potential none urgent calls prior to reaching our employees, escalation of calls that works best for each property and team, individualized plans for each team member, property and upper level management!

What do you like most about Notify – Automated Answering Service?

We love that it is very customizable! With 150+ properties in 8 Western States, we have different partners, agencies, owners and different requirements and expectations on some. With Hellospoke we can manage it all easily from a dashboard and set individual responses for nearly anything you can imagine- from covering site person- to time between escalation of calls, you name it!

What could Notify – Automated Answering Service do better?

I cannot think of any specific thing- we are wanting to talk about possibly increasing call coverage and exploring those ideas with the team @ Notify/Hellospoke!

Who would you recommend Notify – Automated Answering Service to?

Any business that requires after hour call service, or even call screening and escalation- who wants an easy and user friendly way to efficiently manage them!

We use Notify to stream line missed calls and emergency maintenance issues within our apartment communities.

What do you like most about Notify – Automated Answering Service?

Setting up Notify is simple and highly user-friendly. The process is quick, which is a huge plus when time is limited. Our maintenance teams really appreciate how easy it is to use the system for returning resident calls. The option to receive voicemail messages via email or log in to listen directly streamlines our workflow. The support from Hello Spoke is outstanding, which is why this system is now a standard part of our property transitions—it's automatically included at every location!

What could Notify – Automated Answering Service do better?

I truly believe this is a fantastic product—there’s nothing I would change. It delivers great value and is very reasonably priced.
