From the demo with Clarisa to Brittany making sure everything is integrated and updated to the development team meeting with me for some new features- the Nurture Boss team goes above and beyond to ensure their clients are happy and taken care of. Highly recommend this service for personalized and engaging automations!

Current resident communication, prospect follow up

What do you like most about Nurture Boss?

Nurture boss has been such a great innovative aid to my day-to-day duties, it is easy to send collective communication via text or email, but I can also personalize a follow up message for my prospects and current residents which in turn converts in higher resident retention because people love to feel seen and heard. As a plus when things get busy, I know I can reach out to my success manager Brittany to step in and help with those emails and texts for me, Gotta love having a team you can truly count on!"

What could Nurture Boss do better?

I would like to see a way to organize contacts, such as residents by building and apartment number, were I can delete or add a contact.

What do you like most about Nurture Boss?

It's easy to use and it is the best platform I have used so far

What could Nurture Boss do better?

Make it so when text messages are sent to people, an 800/833 number does not appear but instead it displays the name of the property. Doing this will make it look less like spam because it's not spam.

Coming from a company that did not have this platform, Nurture Boss is awesome... I was also telling Brittany that the catchphrases in the platform are awesome and asking myself, how do they come up with this stuff!? Nurture Boss is a platform I can really appreciate and the reminders are awesome and super convenient for our residents too

Effective and Time Saving to Teams

What was your company’s primary use case for Nurture Boss?

We use Nurture Boss to help our onsite leasing teams automate the follow-up process with our leads. NB has given our teams more time to focus on quality leads, tours, and resident service and at the same time increase our conversion rates from lead to tour.

What do you like most about Nurture Boss?

Easy to use and NB's support team is always there ready to provide more creative ideas and help troubleshoot any issues we encounter.

What could Nurture Boss do better?

I recommend - introducing some sort of AI to help create custom eblasts. I would like my team to write quick drafts, and then have AI revise it to be professional, grammatically correct, and more impactful. - Is there a survey feature? The ability for NB to follow up with prospects to find out what they want or what will encourage them to tour or apply? I know this will create a bi-directional process for information flow, but maybe that can be incorporate with knock?

Who would you recommend Nurture Boss to?

I would recommend NB to other industry colleagues.

It's difficult to justify this cost if we are 3rd party property management. Owner managers probably see the value of this first hand, but in 3rd party there is another layer that makes the sell challenging.

What do you like most about Nurture Boss?

Nurture Boss gives our associates time back in their busy day. They follow up with prospects automatically, and create very unique, highly personalized follow ups, but that's not the best part....they track the engagement each prospect has with the follow up, and sends the team the prospects most likely to lease DAILY! This allows the teams to focus extra time and attention on the most engaged prospects, while it works in the background to take care of the rest for them.

What could Nurture Boss do better?

I wish I could more easily see who has unsubscribed from emails.

Who would you recommend Nurture Boss to?

Any property! It is great for lease ups and properties struggling with occupancy or in highly saturated markets, but with the resident communication it provides, it is just as effective on the retention side. Anyone can benefit from this!

It is very reasonably priced, especially considering the value it provides, and the time it gives back to our already short staffed or busy on site teams.
