What was your company’s primary use case for PredictAP?
We dealt with the same pains that most businesses experience with invoice management, workflow approvals, payments and tracking. Too much manual work and excessive spending on staff and process flow.
What do you like most about PredictAP?
PredictAP is user friendly and just simply works. Before PredictAP, we struggled with other vendors that use OCR tools to process our invoices but never got the coding and fields perfect so manual checks and corrections were the norm. PredictAP removed the manual pick and shovel work that plagued or AP department and gave us confidence that the coding and invoice management was correct.
What could PredictAP do better?
PredictAP already had integrations into our CRM platform but as of this review did not integrate with all CRP platforms natively. It would probably be helpful for them to expand their platform integrations.
Who would you recommend PredictAP to?
Anyone with an AP department who is still processing payments manually or is experiencing excessive invoice processing pain.
Customer support and service
Support has always been great. They are proactive and knowledgeable on their product.

better value than competitor's.

Everything is SAAS based so PredictAP took care of everything for us.
