During the design phase, their virtual tours allowed us to visualize various finishes and furniture arrangements in a realistic and detailed manner. This capability was crucial in helping us make informed decisions about the aesthetics and functionality of each space. We were then able to transition these virtual tours to our website and leasing teams for marketing purposes. Loved being able to see the space before construction was even completed.

From the initial stages of design to the final marketing push, Preview 3D’s renderings and virtual tours proved to be an invaluable asset. Their team is so easy to work with!

We have clients that needed renderings and floorplans for a new construction plot.

From start to finish, Preview 3D was there for us. From the initial call to completion of the project, the communication was second to none!

I honestly don't know at this time. It was pretty straight forward from the get go.

I would highly recommend using these guys! Where it's commercial or residential, these guys have superior communication, a great product, and are less expensive than the competition. Highly recommend.

Rockwood Capital has used Preview 3D for rendering use on our Multifamily Developments, as well as shooting our existing portfolio. On our most recent development, we engaged Preview 3D to render early drawings in order to get an initial "feel" for the exteriors of our buildings. The team at Preview 3D does a great job working collaboratively with our development team to take our initial design, work with us on our exterior facade selections, and turn it into photorealistic renderings. This process has proved to be a very valuable product for us to be able to catch certain things up front, early in our drawings, and make changes that we were not able to get a great feel for on paper. As our drawings progressed, we engaged Preview 3D to produce our interior renderings and VR walkthroughs. Their end product is truly incredible, proven by the amount of renter prospects that think the tours on our website are of the finished project.

The best part about working with Preview 3D is their ability to take a set of drawings, along with interior design selections (paint colors, material selections, furniture), and turn it in to a close to finish product with very little hand holding or back and forth questions. They are very detailed and thoughtful in their process. Additionally, they have a firm understanding in the development process and know that changes can incur throughout design development. As changes occur, sometimes substantial, there was no additional billing or push back on making changes to the renderings. They focus on developing long term relationships with their clients.

I do not have any complaints about Preview 3D. As any issues arise throughout the process, or things may have been rendered incorrectly, the work swiftly to correct any mistakes.

I would recommend Preview 3D to any real estate owner looking to provide renderings of conceptual design, leasing collateral (site plans, VR walk through tours..etc), or owners looking to shoot their existing assets.
