What was your company’s primary use case for Property Gauge?
I reviewed the product to have in my catalog of recommended tech solutions that I will provide to consulting clients when appropriate. Streamlining BI information and reporting tools is critical for a modern property management operator so having options to do that is such a win for the industry!
What do you like most about Property Gauge?
I love the interface of PropertyGauge. It is extremely intuitive. I LOVE the notes feature. If used correctly, the notes feature will save operators dozens of hours weekly in the back and forth of report Q & A. This will also alleviate falling into the trap of making assumptions. The notes tool allows users to see feedback and insights from the various users in real time.
What could Property Gauge do better?
There are some great ways to see more details about the high level data and diving deeper is always a necessity. It would be great to link the analytics results to it's source data in the case of someone in operations needing to do additional research. This would save them a lot of time.
Who would you recommend Property Gauge to?
Any property management company that is just starting to look at a low risk, high reward BI tool. The implementation is simple, the contract requirements are flexible, pricing is super straight forward. If you have a small team, no team or building a team, this would be a great tool for you!

I haven't on boarded the tool, so my score is based on my impression and instinct.
Compatibility with your existing solutions
Since I haven't had the opportunity to personally deploy the solution, I cannot say that it is seamless, but the product value prop is that it does work a variety of existing and third party solutions.

Concise and Convenient
What was your company’s primary use case for Property Gauge?
Property Gauge has allowed Sunrise Management's team to very quickly review all of our key performance indicators without having having to run and then review multiple reports. Property Gauge has allowed us to clearly see problems and trends very quickly.
What do you like most about Property Gauge?
Property Gauge is easy to use with each of our key indicators at our fingertips. The consolidated reports puts all of of our indicators in one location.
What could Property Gauge do better?
Working with Property Gauge from very early on, the list of reports available has grown significantly. I'm looking forward to their continued growth and added reports.
Who would you recommend Property Gauge to?
I'd recommend Property Gauge to anyone working on the performance of a multi-family property. From property managers to the asset manager.
