Pricing made easy!

What was your company’s primary use case for RealPage® AI Revenue Management?

We utilize AIRM to set rates at the sites in our portfolio.

What do you like most about RealPage® AI Revenue Management?

I love being able to evaluate the daily pricing recommendations. You can always adjust based on your goals. It really makes our team’s life easier. They still need to do their market surveys but they are able to focus on leasing and keep competitive rates.

What could RealPage® AI Revenue Management do better?

It is not always user friendly.

Other companies who are struggling with occupancy issues.

Best Revenue Management Software

What was your company’s primary use case for RealPage® AI Revenue Management?

We utilize this software for approximately 145 sites, we have found it very helpful with managing and generating revenue for our sites. It helps us to manage our rent, lease expiration exposure as well as overall supply and demand.

What do you like most about RealPage® AI Revenue Management?

Most advanced revenue management software available. Provides great intel and is well informed.

What could RealPage® AI Revenue Management do better?

Improve the renewal process. It is very cumbersome with too many moving pieces allowing for too much manipulation and variation in strategy.

Who would you recommend RealPage® AI Revenue Management to?

Anyone looking to grow their revenue!
