Repli Is Efficient and Helpful

What was your company’s primary use case for MultiHub?

American Landmark uses Repli to manage our property websites, our SEM, and more.

What do you like most about MultiHub?

The team is incredibly responsive and helpful. I normally work with Allie, and everytime we need a feature added to a website, or want to shift our SEM strategy, they help us understand our options and ensure everything is completed in a timely manner.

What could MultiHub do better?

Everytime I email directly with the team it is efficient and simple. however, Repli's current email system clutters my inbox and creates some confusion. For example, when I submit a ticket, I generally receive 4-5 separate emails before it is completed. If this could be consolidated, or generated into some chat forum, it would be much simpler.

Who would you recommend MultiHub to?

We often recommend Repli to others in Multifamily.
