Really Comprehensive Tool

What was your company’s primary use case for SOCi Social Media?

We use SOCi for social media scheduling and reputation management.

What do you like most about SOCi Social Media?

We really like how user friendly it is and how easy it is to maintain. Notifications are prompt and easy to address. The reporting is super customizable which is great for us.

What could SOCi Social Media do better?

I think the only thing I wish they did was Facebook stories and TikTok scheduling. Otherwise, it is A++.

Who would you recommend SOCi Social Media to?

Large or small properties/portfolios looking to consolidate the platforms they use and be able to address socials and reputation promptly in one place.
