We were able to to meet several objectives, onboard new team members, expand implementation capabilities and further build out our service offering in a matter of months, accelerating our ability to grow our services and support.

Ease of onboarding

In general learning a new revenue management system takes time and working with the product for a period. We were on a tight timeline so would have spent more time upfront as we were able and to be able to set up access and processes takes time. No fault of TRM, we just needed to have a longer runway.

Due to the level of expertise TRM was able to quickly pivot to the different methodologies and settings within the tools.
