5 Stars For The View!

What was your company’s primary use case for The View?

We use The View Pro for renderings, 3D floor plans, 2D site maps, and virtual tours. They are a one-stop shop for all our new construction projects and easily integrate with all our platforms, such as our community websites, Engrain, and Apartments.com.

What do you like most about The View?

I enjoy working with the team, especially because they pick up and apply our habits to future projects without being asked. Additionally, everyone is amiable and willing to get the job done quickly.

What could The View do better?

Since the addition of an autoplay button and speed control to the virtual tour, I have no further complaints.

Who would you recommend The View to?

I would primarily recommend The View to realtors, construction companies, and property management companies.

What do you like most about The View?

High quality rendered tours and photos. Helps us pre lease more units. We can display on website, bot, touchscreen display, and VR headset. There are a lot of use cases for the content.

What could The View do better?

Follow up and communication is great.

Who would you recommend The View to?

Developers, owner operators, 3rd party managers. Anyone who is wanting to market and lease high quality product before it’s constructed in a more immersive, realistic experience.

It all began with the incredible Regional Account Director, Vanessa, who guided me through the full range of services and products offered by The View. She was not only friendly and knowledgeable but also consistently helpful with any questions I had. Once production started, their Product Managers ensured the project stayed on schedule and delivered prompt revisions. Overall, highly professional.

What could The View do better?

I can't think of a single thing The View could have done better. I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with their work and the team. Truly professional.
