What do you like most about TheGuarantors?

How quick and easy they are to work with! Application process is smooth and easy. If the tenants or landlords have any questions then they are readily available. Their support is awesome

Work with even more landlords :)

Who would you recommend TheGuarantors to?

Anyone that is wanting to move but don’t want to have to ask someone to be their personal guarantor. NYC landlords are so strict on income requirements, sometimes people need other options for qualifying and that’s where TheGuarantors come in

What was your company’s primary use case for TheGuarantors?

After much communication with The Guarantors and our in house team, we agreed to sign on to The Guarantors. Since we started in 2024, I have not been disappointed. They adjusted to our threshold needs for applicant qualifications and have successfully signed more leases, we would have normally denied. It gives us an option to residents that would have otherwise denied. Highly encourage as part of leasing strategy, given the bond guarantees rent is the tenant fails to pay. At this time, we have not experienced a tenant go to court for nonpayment and receive funds. However, so far I and residents are very pleased with services provided. The Guarantors team is responsive and professional. It's a "win win"

TheGuarantors helped assist renters in obtaining coverage for rental insurance and security deposit. Their service made finding a home within our portfolio more easily accessible!

What do you like most about TheGuarantors?

Their portal is extremely easy to use for both the landlord and tenants. Accessing bond information or updating details is effortless. Plus, they are more communicative than what we have seen with fellow competitors. Their customer service is fantastic and quick to troubleshoot any issue immediately.

What could TheGuarantors do better?

Sometimes I may receive messages from multiple people regarding the status of the same deal. I wouldn't say that this is a bad thing however perhaps double checking that there aren't duplicates of the same message would be better in general!

What was your company’s primary use case for TheGuarantors?

The Guarantors is an institutional lease guarantee service used by Herald Towers to allow for our large demographic of international students to rent a New York City apartment with minimal hassle.

What do you like most about TheGuarantors?

The Guarantors is by far the best of the lease guarantee services offered in NYC. I have worked with both Insurent and Rhino, and The Guarantors blows them both out of the water. The Guarantors is the most timely, responsive, and reliable - offering the best rates and the best customer service; Rita Yin in particular is an exemplary employee of the company. The Guarantors portal makes for quick and easy review and it is a pleasure to work with them.

What could TheGuarantors do better?

The Guarantors on occasion will send duplicate emails when they are extremely busy, but other than that they are excellent to work with and I have made them the exclusive provider for all 690 units at Herald Towers.
