We use Gracehill for all of our onboarding and ongoing associate training.

Gracehill is a fantastic partner in training with an ever evolving list of classes available to our associates for use to assign or for users to explore for continuing education.

The platform can be a little clunky to create custom courses but that could also be user issue, not platform issue.

Fair Housing, Sexual Harassment, and other property management training. We also focus on anything related to student housing.

What do you like most about Training?

Grace Hill allows us to have scheduled, uniform training that we know is up to date for all staff. We like that trainings such as Fair Housing are kept up to date.

We would like to see more trainings related to student housing.

A good company to use

What was your company’s primary use case for Training?

Education is key and we were looking for something to further all our team members knowledge to become better individuals.

What do you like most about Training?

In a busy world, it's hard to stop your normal routine to take a training course. But the information is applicable and helpful in the day to day routine.

I like the interactive parts of the training courses. It helps to make it more engaging other than listening and reading the screen.

It's fine like it is but everything could always be improved.

Ease of onboarding

Getting the team member added is easy and simple. It's the course load that takes work. The original courses are uploaded to the transcript with good timing. It's the other courses we have added other the years to certain positions that have to be re-organized so that the schedule is overloaded. There should be a way to turn those off and on or add those to the end of a new hire's transcript.

LMS - MUST HAVE!!

What was your company’s primary use case for Training?

We are using Vision, primarily, for compliance related training needs. We are a brand new management company who is transitioning over 40 properties over the course of April 2023-May 2024. So for now, we're keeping it simple. HOWEVER...we have the opportunity to build out developmental learning plans based on position, so that when we get to a normal state, our teams are set to continue their learning and advancing their careers.

What do you like most about Training?

VISION is easy to use, it's customizable - so we have a fully branded "University" for our teams.

What could Training do better?

Reporting is a bit difficult to manage - and I haven't been able to review the recordings of the training we did when we implemented. I would love to see Reporting as easy as creating a course.

Who would you recommend Training to?

I would recommend Vision to all multifamily owners/operators/managers as well as Supplier Partners who are looking for an easy, one-stop-shop for learning management needs.

The team at Grace Hill is second to none - very responsive, and always extremely helpful!

Value for money

They worked with our budgeting needs and were able to provide a price point that allowed us all the bells and whistles we wanted at a price that we were able to absorb right away.

Ease of onboarding

SO easy -- my reps were terrific with training calls for me and my team - and the handoff to the Customer Success Team was flawless.
