Going Above and Beyond Expectations

What was your company’s primary use case for Invite Video?

Video invite was an incredible addition to our Widewail service for both internal and external usage. You’ve already put in the hard work to give your clients and teams a great experience - receiving a review is wonderful but seeing it in video form adds another level to how authentic the review/connection was, getting to see a face and personally hear the experience.

What do you like most about Invite Video?

I love that video invite was added to use both for testimonials on the website and an added feature to use in our social media content. It was easy to understand and complete with prompts and examples. With the way video has taken over social platforms, seeing this feature added to reviews is so ahead of the curve that can be used in so many areas of marketing and contributing goodwill to a company.

What could Invite Video do better?

I have never seen a product released like this but any feedback I’ve provided to the team has been implemented to improve the experience.

Who would you recommend Invite Video to?

Any marketers that want to market their incredible people, services, and experiences. I used this in the multifamily housing space but the innovation the product brings would be an outstanding asset to anyone who sees value in hearing from your customers and changing the way you think about reviews/word of mouth recommendations.

Customer support and service

This is hands down the best vendor I have ever worked with. They are proactive, diligent, honest, innovated, and driven, all while keeping the work environment fun and positive. I have nothing but the best things to say about this team and the level of care they deliver. Top notch!

Value for money

The value is more than fair but with the level of customer help and communication, I’d say this is where you can’t put a price on the amount of relief it adds to their clients.

Ease of onboarding

Their team has an easy to understand process and work with you to handle the heavily lifting for implementation. For a large portfolio, they made it a simple transition and easy to understand, while simultaneously working diligently to understand our side of the equation.

Compatibility with your existing solutions

They provided more value than we were hoping or expecting. Above and beyond expectations, which improved our own approach and processes.
