What was your company’s primary use case for Invite?

Driving more prospects and residents to leave a review on Google without review gating.

What do you like most about Invite?

The conversational nature of the invite texts served as both a friendly request to leave a review and a natural bookend to our last interaction with the prospect/resident.

What could Invite do better?

Nothing - the Widewail team won't let your product go live unless you love it.

Who would you recommend Invite to?

Businesses and communities of all sizes can benefit from Widewail and the Invite tool. It's a hands-off - but customer-centric! - approach to review generation.
