What was your company’s primary use case for BC Solutions Yardi Consulting and Help Desk?

Sarah & Tram completed the property builds for two portfolios of around 2,000 residential units as well as several commercial units.

The team is very knowledgeable in the product and what they do, making a very smooth transition.

BC Solutions assisted us with bringing all of our bank reconciliations onto Yardi Breeze. Our bank rec's had until now been done outside of Yardi.

BC was responsive and understood our needs and the scope of the project. When issues arose, they were available and thoughtful in troubleshooting and resolving.

Reliable consultants that do what they say

What was your company’s primary use case for BC Solutions Yardi Consulting and Help Desk?

We didn't want to hire a dedicated report writer as it is a sporadic need for us. We have used them primarily for the function of writing custom SSRS and YSR reports. They also helped us with converting legacy crystal reports to SSRS.

What do you like most about BC Solutions Yardi Consulting and Help Desk?

They are responsive, easy to work with, and the prices are fair

I've not really had any issues. A few times they had bandwidth issues and we had to wait a little bit, but not a persistent issue.

Customer support and service

Sarah Kendall, our lead consultant, either is able to answer our questions or figures out where to go to get the answers. Everyone that we have met from BC Solutions seem that they really care. Our perception of the culture of the company is that it is excellant.

Value for money

The way that the consultants are billed out is unusual where everyone gets billed out at the same rate. When we are dealing with Sarah, the value is there. When others may be working behind the scene, it is difficult to judge.

Compared to the random success rate that we have received from Yardi Client Central, having Sarah who we can easily explain our issue, she understands our business, and is excited to find the best practice solution for us.

Helpful, Attentive Consultants

What was your company’s primary use case for BC Solutions Yardi Consulting and Help Desk?

After a very rocky implementation with lackluster support from Yardi, BC Solutions was brought on to help improve the structural integrity of our Yardi environment, including shoring up security deficiencies, finding ways to improve processes, helping our team better understand Yardi's functionality as well as identify and utilize the resources found within the software that we were otherwise unaware of, and resolving issues that Yardi had not been able to resolve effectively, all while teaching us how to identify and troubleshoot some of the issues we had been experiencing.

What do you like most about BC Solutions Yardi Consulting and Help Desk?

Responsiveness and personal touch; Sarah seems like part of the Hilton Family, understanding how our organization operates and tailoring solutions to meet our unique needs. Our calls with her are always productive and chip away at the larger projects we are working on. If she is not 100% certain about how to resolve a specific issue, she is the first one to say that she has a team member at BC whose expertise would be helpful and reaches out to them to find the most appropriate and efficient solution.
