Zillow is an under utilitized star!

What was your company’s primary use case for Zillow Rentals?

We love the idea of showing apartments alongside homes for sale. Zillow is a huge name in the home space so it made sense for us to partner with them.

What do you like most about Zillow Rentals?

Pay-per-lease. We aren't paying for the service if it isn't working.

What could Zillow Rentals do better?

We've used Zillow for a long time and had some really great people as partners. Unfortunately those people turnover a lot and sometimes we get new folks in their place that aren't the best. I hate the employee shake ups when there's a solid relationship built.

Who would you recommend Zillow Rentals to?

Anyone looking to list spaces for rent.
