What do you like most about Zipcode Creative?

Goodness, I could never pick just 1 so i'll list my top 3 :) 1. Great communication and response time, I love how easy it is to partner. Added bonus is everyone is so sweet and I enjoy working with them. 2. Effective follow up and organization. With multiple projects it's easy for things to fall behind, Zipcode is great with checking with their clients on outstanding projects and action items. 3. Creative Collaboration. I often bring new ideas and inspiration to the table to try and spark some fun and Zipcode is great with providing options and support on how to create multifamily masterpieces.

An Excellent Partner!

We use Zipcode for total branding from legacy properties to new construction. Stacey and her team work with me, a team of one, to develop everything from floorplans and site maps to construction signage and brand voice.

What do you like most about Zipcode Creative?

They are a collaborative, flexible extension of me to my team. I can bring them new ideas, or I can have them take care of it something in totality. They're willing to help at any costs.

What could Zipcode Creative do better?

Although worth the price, that's the greatest bit of feedback I get from my team. As costs across the board rise, we are constantly trying to cut back on marketing costs, so I do see that being an issue in the future.

What I liked most about Zipcode Creative was their fast and professional communication, from the initial quote request to project completion. Additionally, their final products were outstanding. They excelled in both communication and delivering exceptional results.

My initial consultation was with the business owner and then with her project manager. Both parties were equally fast and professional in their response times and getting the projects completed.

Value for money

The projects had sufficient allowable number of revisions built into their pricing so that the finished products were 100% accurate. There were no "hidden charges" and the initial quotes I received for the two projects were the final expenses.

Ease of onboarding

The handoff from the business owner to the project manager for project execution was seamless due to the business owner fully informing their project manager of the project scope so I didn't have to reexplain anything and the project could immediately be started.

Finished products were delivered automatically in "print" and "web" format allowing my print and website vendors to immediately use them.
