What was your company’s primary use case for Zumper?

Zumper was contracted to fill vacancies in our apartments.

What do you like most about Zumper?

They are very fast and efficient. When you sign a contract they jump right to work. I like their analytics dashboard so I can track leads at all the apartment complexes. I like their approach to getting more leads with scheduled posts. I also like using their service to fight old, irrelevant negative reviews.

What could Zumper do better?

I don't have dislikes about Zumper.

Who would you recommend Zumper to?

Our apartment managers like how easy it is to contact a Zumper lead from their emails.

Customer support and service

They jump on new business and see it through until implementation is complete.

Value for money

We pay half of what we would would other apartment listing services, and we still get good leads. We can also tailor the ad spend to include their Advantage and Lead Service. Zumper is a great value.
