The customer service at Docuverus is EXCELLENT!!!! Every representative that my leasing agent and I have spoken with is so nice and helpful and doesn’t seem to mind our 15 questions we had when we rolled out docuverus in the beginning! 10/10 recommend!

Docuverus is a no brainer!

What was your company’s primary use case for Docuverus?

To reduce fraudulent applications from being approved.

What do you like most about Docuverus?

We started using Docuverus in 2023 due to an increase in fraudulent applications. So far, Docuverus has paid for itself by catching and preventing fraudulent applicants from moving in. This has helped reduce our bad debt recoverable line. In a world of advancing AI, Docuverus is a no brainer!

What could Docuverus do better?

Nothing.

Who would you recommend Docuverus to?

I recommend Docuverus to all property management companies across the country.

Docuverus is Excellent

We use Docuverus to review apartment prospect documentation

What do you like most about Docuverus?

The software is very simple to use and ensures resident documentation is not fraudulent

What could Docuverus do better?

I don't have any suggestions for improvements. The software is awesome

Who would you recommend Docuverus to?

I strongly recommend Docuverus to apartment owners and managers. Documentation fraud, which occurs with fake paystubs is rampant in the industry. People can buy a fake paystub on line within minutes, obtain credit, and lease an apartment. Usually these people can't afford the apartment and default on the lease.
