Great service for our community!

To offer a safer/secure way for our residents to receive their packages. Buildings are controlled access so regular carriers have a difficult time accessing the property.

It gives residents more confidence of when their packages will be delivered to their door after scheduling through Fetch.

Fetch support for residents has always been hit or miss. It has improved over the last couple years from the resident's experience.

Loved using Fetch since the moment we started!

What was your company’s primary use case for Fetch Offsite Package Solution?

We are a small studio-only size community and definitely have zero space for package acceptance. Using Fetch was an easy decision and we are now even using them at our 2nd building!

What do you like most about Fetch Offsite Package Solution?

Our residents are so happy with them and the ability to use temperature control, signature or no signature and being able to choose when and how they want their package delivered. It's much easier for them to have the precision of time since life and work is so busy!

What could Fetch Offsite Package Solution do better?

Our only few complaints have been time-frames being missed - but other than that, once it was brought to the Client Response team, they handled it immediately for us!

Fetch improved all aspect of my property!

What was your company’s primary use case for Fetch Offsite Package Solution?

We needed a way to manage the hundreds of daily package deliveries to our property.

What do you like most about Fetch Offsite Package Solution?

Fetch creates an on-demand delivery system for your residents to have packages delivered directly to their door. Fetch takes away all of the on-site labor of logging and managing packages including overflows that package lockers or package rooms cannot handle. Fetch eliminates the frustration for residents who are waiting for packages.

What could Fetch Offsite Package Solution do better?

Delivery times for Amazon are longer when delivered to the fetch warehouse vs. to the property directly. If Fetch could work with Amazon to ensure prime delivery times that would improve the resident experience greatly.

Great Service that saves time for the office staff

What was your company’s primary use case for Fetch Offsite Package Solution?

We use fetch for all resident package deliveries, eliminating the office from accepting and storing all resident packages.

What do you like most about Fetch Offsite Package Solution?

I like not being responsible for packages that show delivered but were never received by the office. I like not being interrupted by a resident asking me to grab their package.

What could Fetch Offsite Package Solution do better?

I have not had to deal with the office site package location for my current property. However, dealing with the fetch warehouse in Dallas was not a great experience. The lobby always smelled like marijuana. There were times when I pulled up to the warehouse, and a bunch of Amazon packages were left outside on the steps, and I saw 2 random people loading these packages in their car.

Who would you recommend Fetch Offsite Package Solution to?

I wish there were a way for the fetch driver to communicate with the resident if they cannot locate the apartment. Just like Uber Eats can call/text when they arrive, I wish there were a function that allowed that.

Fast & Reliable Package Delivery

What was your company’s primary use case for Fetch Offsite Package Solution?

Fetch has been a fantastic solution to our package delivery dilemma. We previously used parcel lockers as the package delivery option. This did not work for our property with the number of residents who do online shopping. The onsite team spent more time managing the lockers and residents packages than working with incoming prospects and residents.

What do you like most about Fetch Offsite Package Solution?

Using Fetch is seamless, our residents are able to have packages delivered directly to their door at a time that is convenient for them. Fetch will hold packages in their warehouse if the resident is out of town. They have a very easy to use app that allows the customer/resident to choose a date and time that works best for them and they can even opt to sign for their packages vs. leaving their packages at the door.

What could Fetch Offsite Package Solution do better?

Fetch is pretty fantastic, however there is the rare occasion that a driver will deliver a package to the wrong door or building.

What do you like most about Fetch Offsite Package Solution?

Fetch keeps packages and delivery people out of the leasing office so our team can focus on what they need to.

What could Fetch Offsite Package Solution do better?

Fetch could assist with packages that still end up in the leasing office. Returning packages to carriers on behalf of the property to help manage that process would be a huge asset to the service.

Other large properties where packages consume the office staff's time and where lockers are impractical.
