Great Service that saves time for the office staff

What was your company’s primary use case for Fetch Offsite Package Solution?

We use fetch for all resident package deliveries, eliminating the office from accepting and storing all resident packages.

What do you like most about Fetch Offsite Package Solution?

I like not being responsible for packages that show delivered but were never received by the office. I like not being interrupted by a resident asking me to grab their package.

What could Fetch Offsite Package Solution do better?

I have not had to deal with the office site package location for my current property. However, dealing with the fetch warehouse in Dallas was not a great experience. The lobby always smelled like marijuana. There were times when I pulled up to the warehouse, and a bunch of Amazon packages were left outside on the steps, and I saw 2 random people loading these packages in their car.

Who would you recommend Fetch Offsite Package Solution to?

I wish there were a way for the fetch driver to communicate with the resident if they cannot locate the apartment. Just like Uber Eats can call/text when they arrive, I wish there were a function that allowed that.

Fetch as made packages so easy

What was your company’s primary use case for Fetch Offsite Package Solution?

We use fetch to avoid packages being lost or stole. We also like to not have any packages in the office.

What do you like most about Fetch Offsite Package Solution?

I love the app and that we are able to schedule out deliveries.

What could Fetch Offsite Package Solution do better?

Not much We have not had any issues at Alister Oak Hill

Fast & Reliable Package Delivery

What was your company’s primary use case for Fetch Offsite Package Solution?

Fetch has been a fantastic solution to our package delivery dilemma. We previously used parcel lockers as the package delivery option. This did not work for our property with the number of residents who do online shopping. The onsite team spent more time managing the lockers and residents packages than working with incoming prospects and residents.

What do you like most about Fetch Offsite Package Solution?

Using Fetch is seamless, our residents are able to have packages delivered directly to their door at a time that is convenient for them. Fetch will hold packages in their warehouse if the resident is out of town. They have a very easy to use app that allows the customer/resident to choose a date and time that works best for them and they can even opt to sign for their packages vs. leaving their packages at the door.

What could Fetch Offsite Package Solution do better?

Fetch is pretty fantastic, however there is the rare occasion that a driver will deliver a package to the wrong door or building.

What was your company’s primary use case for Fetch Offsite Package Solution?

As a property with 82 buildings and over 1500 apartments, the chaos of delivery people and the countless unique addresses was something we did not want to deal with.

What do you like most about Fetch Offsite Package Solution?

Fetch keeps packages and delivery people out of the leasing office so our team can focus on what they need to.

What could Fetch Offsite Package Solution do better?

Fetch could assist with packages that still end up in the leasing office. Returning packages to carriers on behalf of the property to help manage that process would be a huge asset to the service.

Who would you recommend Fetch Offsite Package Solution to?

Other large properties where packages consume the office staff's time and where lockers are impractical.

Have always had quick, positive responses to any issues or concerns we have brought up.

Value for money

While the overall service can be pricey, it is easy to pass the costs on to residents to where the service does not end up burdening the property.

Ease of onboarding

We were communicated with quickly once we took over this asset and had a great conversation and training.

Compatibility with your existing solutions

Integration is easy and processes can easily be built around the fetch system.
