Terrific Training!

What was your company’s primary use case for Happy Property?

Happy Property has been used for move-out inspections and after-hours work orders.

What do you like most about Happy Property?

The staff! Jonathan and his team were terrific to work with during the onboarding process. Cannot say enough about his efforts, along with Gemma handling ongoing issues. Seamless experience and really love working with them both!

What could Happy Property do better?

Nothing but good things to say so far!

Who would you recommend Happy Property to?

Any other residential multifamily company.

What was your company’s primary use case for Happy Property?

We utilize HappyCo to conduct due diligence, and annual and quarterly inspections, as well as move-in and move-out condition reports.

What do you like most about Happy Property?

It's mobile. And you can use it on any device. And the ability to capture pictures.

What could Happy Property do better?

I see no flaws from my perspective.

Who would you recommend Happy Property to?

Operators, Service or Construction team members. And Asset managers.

Customer support and service

Their company culture is exceptional, which is reflected in their exemplary customer service at all levels. They are receptive to feedback and quick to implement innovative solutions if they see the potential for value.

Value for money

As consumers, we always hope for a decrease in the cost of goods and services. However, in my opinion, the current price seems reasonable.

Ease of onboarding

Seamless and very little disruption to the end user.

Compatibility with your existing solutions

Dealing with integrations can be challenging, but it appears that HappyCo has carefully considered all the potential compromises.
