Simple and Effective Marketing Tool

What was your company’s primary use case for Journey AI?

Right now, we use Journey AI for their email marketing capabilities including hyMail, hyBlasts, and Drips.

What do you like most about Journey AI?

Their capability to create unique audience streams fully integrates into our strategies around who/why/when/and how we provide customized content to prospects in their renter journey. The option to A/B test with reporting also helps us refine email marketing strategies and makes Journey AI a fundamental MarTech tool. Another added benefit to their HTML designs is to export the HTML code into landing pages for any property-specific activations like open houses or other leasing events to provide a seamless user experience during their journey of marketing activation. We also value the UTM CTAs for no gaps in tracking.

What could Journey AI do better?

No suggested changes at the moment. Our account manager and their leadership team is always receptive to our inquiries and makes sure our account access is always up to date with the latest products and versions.

Who would you recommend Journey AI to?

Marketing and operations teams.

Our account managers (we've had 2 so far), have always been easy to work with and willing to talk through our ideas about utilizing the platform to it's maximum capability.

We utilize Journey AI to generate HTML drip campaigns via email.

This product is great because it helps us to target our customers at the exact right times in their journey without us having to set anything up manually.

What could Journey AI do better?

We are working with the HyLy team to provide feedback on the out of the box content, but overall it's a great product and HyLy is always open to feedback!

The HyLy team is incredibly hands-on. They're a successful, growing company and still always have time for meetings and reviews with us. They've helped us craft copy and designs for emails and worked with us to beta all new software systems that have been fantastic.
