Easy platform and great team

What was your company’s primary use case for iApartments?

Our community uses the iApartments Platform for front door locks, leak sensors, and thermostat control.

What do you like most about iApartments?

The online portal we use in the office is very user friendly and syncs with our Yardi software making resident access a breeze when they move in. Customer support and success teams are very friendly and always ready to help it's truly been amazing working with them.

What could iApartments do better?

everything so far has been great and as mentioned when I do have issue the customer support and success teams are quick to respond

Great system!

Our community uses iApartments for our keyless door access, thermostat control, and leak detection systems.

What do you like most about iApartments?

We love that everything is all in one place. You can unlock your door and control your thermostat in one app. The apps format is easy to understand and get through with great support on standby, if needed Taylor is quick to respond to any needs we have and is always checking in.

What could iApartments do better?

Adding more features would be amazing ie. door camera, security system
