Our primary use is managing smart apartment technology across our community, including smart locks, smart thermostats, and water leak detection devices. The platform provides centralized visibility and control, making it easier to oversee units, manage access, and improve operational efficiency.

What do you like most about iApartments?

The centralized management portal and ease of managing multiple smart devices are the biggest advantages. We also appreciate the responsive customer support and customer success team, Taylor has been knowledgeable and helpful whenever we've needed assistance.
