What was your company’s primary use case for iApartments?

We use iApartments to provide a more convenient experience for both residents and office staff by allowing control of the thermostats, lights, locks, and leak detectors directly from our smartphones.

What do you like most about iApartments?

The SMART LOCKS; I like being able to give friends and family temporary guest access to my home without worrying about making extra physical keys. It’s convenient to know I can control who has access—especially if I’m not home and someone needs to get in

What could iApartments do better?

The batteries do drain pretty quickly

Who would you recommend iApartments to?

It would be great if smart home systems like iApartments were available not just for businesses or multifamily communities, but also for private homeowners.

It has been awesome working with Shantelle. Her customer service is second to none. She is always professional, kind, empathetic, and super knowledgeable. I understand that no matter where you go, companies and products will always have shortcomings, but it's the way Shantelle takes ownership of the situation and genuinely tries to help overcome that makes all the difference. This is what really matters and sets iApartments apart from other vendors. In my opinion, it's not about never having problems; it's about how you handle them. Over the past three years, not a single person on my team has had anything negative to say about Shantelle's support, proving her work ethic and customer service to be rare qualities that are not as common in the workplace. I want to say a huge THANK YOU to iApartments for everything!

Shantelle plus IApartments Equal Greatness!

What was your company’s primary use case for iApartments?

Mid Rise Apts 269 units : we use it as a convenience and back tool because you can conveniently make access code for guest and vendors. Also, we do not handle resident lockouts, so the app is great for when or if a resident loses their physical keys they can utilize IApartments.

What do you like most about iApartments?

The convenience of being able to unlock and lock units remotely and keeps Vendors from not returning our physical keys!

What could iApartments do better?

Nothing I can think of! Love the app so far.

I’d recommend iApartments to anyone managing apartments or multifamily communities. It’s made things a lot easier for us, and our residents love the smart features. I’ve already mentioned it to another property because it’s been such a solid upgrade for us.

Customer support has been excellent, especially Shantelle, our Client Success Manager. She’s always available and quick to help whenever we need it. We really appreciate her responsiveness and the support she provides; it makes a huge difference for us.

I gave it a 5 because it’s been a smooth experience from the start. The smart locks and thermostat features work great, it's saved us time and money, and our residents really like the convenience. No complaints so far, it’s just been a solid solution all around.

Residents access to front door and allowing the maint team to detect leaks in a timely manner

What do you like most about iApartments?

The sensors in all areas where possible water leaks can happen. Keyless entry and controlling of AC from my phone while im not home

I honestly dont have any dislikes. Its user friendly and any issues ai can always reach out to my rep Devon and get a response in a timely manner

Any apartment community. That cuts down the cost of ordering and cutring of keys
