Umbrello stands apart from competitors because the partner with the DMV and Clear

What could Umbrello do better?

So far I love the product, I believe they are rolling out credit checks and that would be great to have one source from start to finish applicant screening

The team is extremely responsive and creates more of a personal relationship than most vendors

Value for money

The cost of renting to a fraud is potentially tens of thousands of dollars in loss, this is an inexpensive monthly fee and you can screen unlimited applicants

Ease of onboarding

The staff did a great training and is there for all staff if we have questions. The tool is super easy to use

Compatibility with your existing solutions

We use AppFolio PM software and they rarely work with outside products so the lack of integration is to be expected
