What do you like most about Knock CRM?

Knock is extremely user-friendly and can easily be adopted by any leasing team member. Their training and implementation support has been stellar, creating the smoothest portfolio-wide CRM transition that you could hope for. The reporting offerings are robust and create "one source of truth" which is often lacking in our industry. Overall, this product has already made the lives of our leasing teams exponentially better!

What could Knock CRM do better?

I would like to see more true AI features in the future, to alleviate even more repetitive tasks from the leasing teams.

Who would you recommend Knock CRM to?

Anyone in property management who is looking for a sleek, gamified CRM option.
