Elevating the Move-In Experience
What was your company’s primary use case for Moved?
Our primary use for Moved is to offer hands-off move-in experience for our onsite team members giving them more face time with current and future residents. In addition, we are continuously looking for ways to elevate the move-in experience for our future residents. Moved allows the resident to visually check-off their to-do list for move-in day, increasing the readiness for accessing their home on day 1.
What do you like most about Moved?
Moved reduces the # of emails to and from the onsite team and provides an "all-in-one" resource for future residents. At the implementation level, the team has been fully present and pushed the roll-out to the finish line. Their flexibility has allowed our teams to be prepared for the new features and provide feedback on what works best for their prospective residents.
What could Moved do better?
We look forward to seeing more and more traditional move-in tasks become integrated.
