Best leasing assistant out there

What was your company’s primary use case for PERQ?

To manage incoming leads and nurture them.

What do you like most about PERQ?

The data. I am able to use it as a back up to monitor leads and tours to get a glance into the prospect perspective.

What could PERQ do better?

Update responses - but that was mostly for me to do.

Who would you recommend PERQ to?

Everyone. I do that regularly.

Customer support and service

They have always responded quickly and followed up regularly to ensure satisfaction and that nothing gets missed. They also provide any reporting or insight requested and will send updates based on knowing the clients needs/wants.

Value for money

To nurture leads and provide data allows us to hone in on primarily hot leads not taking time away from staff on site for leads who are not yet or ever will be actually interested.

Ease of onboarding

They follow up and make sure time is scheduled and attendees are there to train. The tech is also presented well to follow setup instructions.

Compatibility with your existing solutions

We use Yardi and they have an established relationship making the compatibility seamless.

PERQ has PERKS!

What was your company’s primary use case for PERQ?

My company has been using PERQ as a CRM, but it has done so much more. With the help of our Professional Services Manager, Allie Minarik, we have been able to dig into a tremendous amount of data to help us manage our marketing and sales approach better.

What do you like most about PERQ?

The dashboard is easy to use and has more information than I ever thought existed about our leads!

What could PERQ do better?

N/A we are seeing the quality of leads coming through at 90 days in and it is very exciting!

Who would you recommend PERQ to?

Any business that relies on their website to drive traffic.

Allie is very knowledgeable, personable, and she really loves what she does. Allie's cheery disposition helps me get excited about the results!

Need More Leads?

What was your company’s primary use case for PERQ?

We started using PERQ at 1 of our properties to see if it would in fact bring us more leads. After using it we placed the product throughout our whole portfolio. Which says a lot.

What do you like most about PERQ?

The product not only will ask those tedious questions to the prospect prior to the lead coming to you but also on the back end will follow up later on when it is time for that person to move so the lead is back to you. How the system asks all those questions is so helpful and time saving for the onsite teams so we can directly find the home the prospect is looking for. The system also keeps the prospect fully engaged in the chat bot and you can add things specific to your property. Highly recommended.

What could PERQ do better?

It would be nice to see this AI have the ability to follow up with current residents.

Other Regionals.

Be there when your leads there!

What was your company’s primary use case for PERQ?

We all know a lot of leads come in! Some higher quality than others, but we wanted to make sure all were being paid attention to and also be ready to answer questions 24/7 365. Help us be there when the renter is looking for answers. Bring in Perq's nurture program and we could make sure our follow-up procedures continued for everyone, plus add our personal touch to many pieces of the program.

What do you like most about PERQ?

The customization features and their client support! Wonderful account managers make things happen. We have great brainstorm sessions and iron out new ideas to continue improving the process. That means a LOT to us!

What could PERQ do better?

With all the data comes a big dashboard and lots of reports. Sometimes overwhelming and may be perfect for some, but some consolidated reporting would be beneficial and has been discussed for future improvements.

Who would you recommend PERQ to?

Anyone looking to improve their prospect experience!

Great for our website communications!

What was your company’s primary use case for PERQ?

We are using PERQ to communicate and interact with website traffic for our apartment communities to answer questions and set tours after hours.

What do you like most about PERQ?

PERQ saves our site staff time and increases the amount of communication with prospects. It makes our business feel like it is open 24/7 for business!

What could PERQ do better?

PERQ could improve by syncing with our current CRM system more closely for office hours, blackout times, and more integrated as a whole. Also, one of our sites brought up that there were units that were not available for several years but they were showing up as available for prospects.

Who would you recommend PERQ to?

Any company that wants more communication with their prospects after hours.

That's a hard question! The customer service team is above and beyond, as well as the actual solution. This has allowed us to have an additional leasing professional without having to train a new team member or invest in more cost-insensitive solutions.

PERQ pushes AI forward in multifamily!

What was your company’s primary use case for PERQ?

My company uses PERQ on multifamily property websites (for the chatbot and interactivity functions) as well as the behind-the-scenes lead nurture that helps our on-site teams save time and effort, allowing them to focus more on high-intent prospects and providing excellent customer service to current residents.

What do you like most about PERQ?

I appreciate their continued research and implementation of new products and services that meet the ever-evolving demands of customers today. They willingly take feedback and requests into consideration and constantly improve their product based on direct client feedback!

What could PERQ do better?

Some challenges we have is access to reporting or sharing reporting within the company to provide more updated data on direct property performance. The current reporting dashboard only allows very few users access and we do not currently have an API or setup to pull in the reporting for internal use in our own environment. There's a small lack of transparency because of this.

Who would you recommend PERQ to?

I recommend PERQ frequently to other multifamily management companies, we discuss it with different ownership groups, and we promote the product for internal buy-in within our company currently. It's a top-tier product in the multifamily AI space that everyone can benefit from.

A Game-Changer for Our Communities!

What was your company’s primary use case for PERQ?

We use PERQ to revolutionize the way our communities interact with and convert prospects. By being able to provide a 24/7 virtual assistant that efficiently handles prospect inquiries, saves a significant amount of time for on-site teams, enhances lead nurturing efforts, and seamlessly integrates into the existing workflow for our on-site teams. With PERQ, we're optimizing our leasing process so our on-site teams are able to focus on providing rockstar customer service to our customers.

What do you like most about PERQ?

The most remarkable benefit, in my opinion, is the massive time savings for our on-site teams. The chatbot paired with the lead nurture functionality has saved our teams up over 4 business days per month allowing them to focus on higher-value tasks. This has not only improved their job satisfaction but also our overall leasing process's efficiency.

What could PERQ do better?

The on-boarding process has definitely improved over the past few years but I think there are still ways to optimize and improve the flow of communication and potentially automate the information gathering process by combing online resources could be very beneficial and time-saving.

In a world full of digital solutions, PERQ stands out as our favorite forward thinking solution that stays ahead of industry competitors.
