What was your company’s primary use case for PERQ?

We use PERQ to enhance our community websites, convert website traffic into leads, and nurture renter traffic for our communities.

What do you like most about PERQ?

What we appreciate most about PERQ is the above-average customer service, in-depth reporting, and customization.

What could PERQ do better?

Due to PERQ's large volume of data, the reporting dashboard has been intimidating to our Property Managers and clients who are new to the platform. I know PERQ is currently in the process of making the dashboard more concise and user-friendly, and the team has listened and considered our feedback.

Who would you recommend PERQ to?

I would recommend PERQ to multifamily communities who receive a large volume of renter traffic and are interested in converting more of that traffic to leads and leases.

Customer support and service

Our dedicated PERQ team Kathryn B, Fabiana S, and Jessica W, have gone above and beyond to provide stellar customer service for us and even for our ownership groups. They are friendly, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and proactive in ensuring we have visibility into the benefits and performance of the tool. They help make our jobs so much easier!

Value for money

PERQ more than pays for itself with the increased lead and lease conversions it assist, which makes our advertising dollars stretch further.

Ease of onboarding

The onboarding process for PERQ, like other tools of its kind, is in-depth, requiring care and collaboration between our Marketing team and the on-site Property Managers to educate the tool on the community-specific infromation. The payoff is a quality tool that provides customized assistance to renters in the long run. Our dedicated PERQ team is there to help every step of the way and has gone above and beyond to help make the process as smooth and transparent as possible. The team is very experienced and helped make the onboarding process and beyond a smooth transition. We knew exactly what the steps were and what was needed from us.
