SOPs done with EASE
What was your company’s primary use case for Policies?
We are a start up property management company - so we leveraged Policy Partner to ensure that our teams had a solid foundation of policies and procedures.
What do you like most about Policies?
Two things I love most - FIRST - the TEAM -- Shannon Key and her team were PHENOMENAL with our set up and customization. Made it so easy for us to get this really heavy lift done with ease. SECOND - To have a repository of all of our SOPs that is easy for the site teams to access -- easy for us to keep updated -- and just flat out easy to use was something that really influenced our decision.
What could Policies do better?
My only qualm with Policy Partner was that they had several "forms" that were associated with Policies - but we had to pay extra to get those forms. I think that those forms should be a compliment to the policies and not an additional charge. That being said - we had to create many forms on our own, either from scratch, or by reformatting forms that we had acquired in previous lives.
Who would you recommend Policies to?
Any multifamily owner/operator/manager who doesn't have a good hold on how policies and procedures are managed should look into Policy Partner. In addition, I think that supplier partners could also benefit - as they need to host policies and procedures somewhere -- why not on Policy Parnter!
Customer support and service
I can't say enough good things about Shannon Key and Lyn Whittinghill and their team - they were AMAZING to work with and made the daunting job of hundreds of policy reviews something that we were able to accomplish in weeks rather than months.
Value for money
This service is invaluable to a company like ours!
Ease of onboarding
Again - Shannon, Lyn and their team made this such an easy lift!

We didn't have any existing solutions. PLUS -- Policy Partner is embedded within the Grace Hill Vision platform!
