Quick path to revenue thanks to PMS access

What was your company’s primary use case for Propexo?

We started an ILS tailored to dog-friendly apartments. In order to quickly grow and generate revenue, our team needed to sync with larger PMS or else we sacrificed medium to enterprise operators.

What do you like most about Propexo?

The team was very responsive and got us hooked into the PMS quickly. What normally takes 6+ months and tons of internal and external resources (from past experience) - it went really quickly and was painless.

What could Propexo do better?

Help us understand your process better. Since we were not used to moving quickly and things working so well, it was new to us.

Who would you recommend Propexo to?

Any multifamily or proptech that need to get access into PMS to unlock larger potential for business. If you are sitting behind a technical debt wall and don't think you can ever do it, this is the way.

Value for money

There's no way you can do this for less. The Capex to get this done is crazy expensive and it never seems to work out of the gate if you you do it on your own.

A few hiccups on our ends, since the process was pretty quick. But overall their customer success team helped us understand what was a priority to move forward.

Compatibility with your existing solutions

We tried to do an integration on our own. It was going to take 6 months and we'd have to hire someone fulltime + a junior person, or outsource it to an expensive 3rd party development team that really doesn't get or do business primarily ion proptech or multifamily.
