What was your company’s primary use case for Realync?

We use Realync for live virtual tours, sending videos post-tour of apartments they are considering, and as a leasing tool on our digital listings.

What do you like most about Realync?

Being able to easily tie snippets together allows for video editing in a way that many of our onsite teams would not feel confident doing independently. As a marketer, I have loved the AI integrations being implemented into the platform, such as assigning a grade to each video based on its quality. It is SO helpful in understanding if one video is better than another or if a video should be reshot. I also love the tracking function - I get a little thrill every time I get a notification on my phone about a video I sent being watched again and again!

What could Realync do better?

Upload times can really be tough. I was recently onsite helping a new lease-up get Realync videos into their account, and I had to stop recording the videos in the platform directly because the upload speed was holding up my ability to work as quickly as possible. Even after upload, it takes about 1–2 minutes to open the video for editing later on.

Who would you recommend Realync to?

Absolutely. The team has been great to work with, and the pros certainly outweigh the cons.

We use Realync for ensuring all communities offer a virtual / video touring option

What do you like most about Realync?

In addition to a fabulous team, I like that they offer dynamic solutions that work for varying property needs. Some communities struggle with connectivity in amenities and elevators, so in those cases a Live Session offering is a great alternative to a Live Tour.

What could Realync do better?

This is not a criticism but rather an opportunity. Would love to see how Realync can leverage AI and other technology advancements in the future to help teams be even more efficient with their video strategy and execution. The biggest challenge we have is teams having the bandwidth to make the most of the tool.

Longtime advocate for both the products and service

What was your company’s primary use case for Realync?

Lease-Ups, renovations, bringing the community to the customer instead of always forcing or requiring them to come to the office to tour. I've made instructional videos for staff and residents with the platform outside of the obvious use of creating clean, professional video content for prospects and residents. I also appreciate the tracking capabilities so that when we produce outreach materials and any other print collateral through the use of tracked QR codes which are easily created inside the dashboard. It takes a very short time to learn to use it and then becomes second nature. I'm always thinking of the next way I'll use Realync in my operations in addition to sales and leasing efforts.

What do you like most about Realync?

I've used Realync for 6 or 7 years and have been impressed from day one with their support and service. I greatly appreciate that they listen to their customers and have modified and added products and features as a result. I've engaged with many of their team members over the years and they are supportive, responsive, and patient with my team members. The product is great but great products are a result of the people.

What could Realync do better?

Nothing? I joke that the hardest part about Realync is actually not Realync at all...it's using the stabilizer / Gimbal.

Who would you recommend Realync to?

Anyone and everyone - this shouldn't be a product that is only considered for luxury apartments. I'd highly, highly recommend using it for new development as you only have one opportunity to capture those apartments in perfect condition and your pre-leases will come easier/faster if prospects can tour multiple apartments from their home. I'd also recommend it for student housing (and wish Universities would use it) to give parents of young adults peace of mind when navigating securing housing from afar.

I've never had an experience that was frustrating. If anything, I'm frustrated when my team under-utilizes the product but Realync has plenty of resources to boost competency when needed.

Value for money

In theory there are ways to create videos, so a 4 is appropriately given that it's not impossible to live without it, however, the control and access to the library from enterprise level keeps it a highly valuable product.

Ease of onboarding

We can quickly get a property added to the enterprise dashboard and provide videos to get team members up and running right away.

Compatibility with your existing solutions

If integration isn't available it's not Realync's fault. Sometimes our OS isn't warm and friendly but we use other products that do integrate with Realync so we have full functionality.

We all need Realync!

What was your company’s primary use case for Realync?

Our teams utilize Realync to capture videos for all apartment homes, which is so helpful for prospects to see because now we're able to manage expectations about exact layouts, views, and any other details that may be different from apartment to apartment. We also use it to conduct Live Tours for prospects who may not be able to come in person, but still want a personalized tour. This option is a game changer for the ever-changing renter needs! Realync truly has a multitude of uses - videos on how to live here, team intros, personalized follow up, community updates, event invites, move out procedures, etc.

What do you like most about Realync?

The options for how Realync can be used are endless. You can create a video on anything and its interface has always been user friendly. I've personally been a customer of Realync's since 2017 and their team has been one of the most consistent & helpful partnerships I've experienced. One of my favorite features is that you have analytics on how many times someone has viewed a video and you can even set alerts for these to go straight to your inbox - this is particularly helpful when you see that a prospect you toured months ago re-watched your video. There's your green light to reach back out and close!

What could Realync do better?

They think of ideas and advancements in their technology well ahead of the curve, so by the time our teams even think to ask for a feature, it's already in development. Realync has always been a standout in the industry for me and one of the few that I can't think of much feedback on for how they can improve. They're always improving!

Who would you recommend Realync to?

This is a must have product for all management companies in the multifamily housing space. I think single family rentals could also benefit from this as a tool. As a training or video communication tool alone, any business could use Realync to get information out fast and in a way that's engaging and authentic.

Top Tier Virtual Experience for Prospects, Residents, AND Employees!

What was your company’s primary use case for Realync?

Our on-site teams use Realync to make a variety of videos. I have made how-to videos for residents (how to unlock a lockbox, use the trash compactor, etc.) and fun facts about their new home and community. I have made videos of our Clubhouse, Amenities, and even the town to send to Prospective Residents who are not from the area. We can send videos of apartments to guests who aren't available to tour in person. Also, Realync offers a way to schedule a virtual video chat to tour a home virtually or through a pre-made video!

What do you like most about Realync?

Realync's Team offers exceptional Customer Service. They are easy to contact and quick to help! We received in-person training from Rachel. She did a great job teaching our on-site teams how to create a video and use their app and equipment. I appreciate how easy it is to use and navigate their app and the constant upgrades they make to it!

I have no complaints at this time!

Amazing experience

We needed unit level videos for our adaptive re-use lease-up building with unique city and water views. We knew this was our opportunity to capture the units and views for a video library, and it enabled us to pre-lease before the building was ready for physical tours.

Absolutely Amazing! A Must Have!

What was your company’s primary use case for Realync?

We used Realync studios to shoot individual unit videos of every apartment home at our new lease-up in Baltimore, MD. They also shot video of all our amenity spaces and the local area. We use these videos on our website, in advertising, on social media and more. Our teams can send these videos to prospects to help them narrow down their apartment search. Our team can also use the platform to do live virtual tours.

What do you like most about Realync?

Every single Realync team member has been fabulous to work with. They have made my job easy with shooting the content and getting it uploaded everywhere it needs/can live. Their integrations work great with other products/vendors we use. The reporting is also great, we can see what the units our prospects are interested in and how many times they've viewed the video. Talk about focused follow-up.

What could Realync do better?

I can't think of anything at this time.

Anyone in marketing, whether you have a lease-up or a stabilized community. Customers want unit level content and the cost of this product is reasonable. Your customers will appreciate seeing the unit they want to lease and your team will love the time it saves them from touring multiple units with one customer.

As I mentioned, every team member that I've worked with at Realync has been amazing. They respond quickly and truly help you troubleshoot issues. They will work with other vendors to make sure our video content is working as it should on other platforms. The team that came to shoot the videos was enthusiastic and helped train our teams. I love the entire Realync team!

Value for money

Thinking about shooting 285 individual units at our lease-up was an overwhelming thought and we knew the task would be time consuming. The price we paid for Realync studios was well worth it! What would have taken us weeks to do, they knocked out in less than a week and it looks a lot more professional than ours would have.

Being trained on how to shoot the videos went great. Our teams learning how to share the videos and schedule virtual tours was easy. The Realync team, as I mentioned, made sending these videos to other platforms a breeze. 10/10 would recommend!

We first used Realync for our lease ups in Colorado. We then expanded it to stabilized properties.
