Flexible and Relevant!

What was your company’s primary use case for REBA BI?

We needed a BI product that could adapt to the various data views required for differing business arenas such as operations, asset management, maintenance, cost-value analysis etc. With those view options, we also wanted a tool that could comprehensively roll up data from all the technology we use to give us complete insights instead of partial theories.

What do you like most about REBA BI?

REBA allows us to be creative in our report and dashboard creation, understands the industry's need to be able to drill down to the core/source of the information, and provides options for third party integration paths that will allow us to have complete data sets.

What could REBA BI do better?

There are some PMS integrations that are still in flux/development, but having more conversations with the major PMS firms to discuss ways to elevate how data is shared without worrying about who is paying for it, but really coming to the table on both sides to understand the customer need and meet it. This falls mostly on the PMS side of the conversation but REBA will need to be open as well.

Who would you recommend REBA BI to?

Honestly, any multi-family owner/operator who is looking to level up their analytics and reporting options.

Customer support and service

Their implementation team has been great to work with. They help to creatively solve problems and identify solutions.

Value for money

There is still the need for somewhat of a lift on the management company side to maintain the feeds, data set up, user access, dashboard creation. So while the software itself is reasonably priced, there is an overhead factor that needs to be considered as well.

Ease of onboarding

Great implementation support. It will take a heavy lift and commitment from the purchaser to have team members to validate data, work with creating dashboards, etc., but it is worth it.

Compatibility with your existing solutions

No major complaints. There have been some hiccups with our PMS but seem to be resolving. There are still third party integrations we are waiting on that seem to be taking longer than we anticipated, but knowing that REBA is new and having to work through a queue makes that understandable.
