What was your company’s primary use case for Rent Dynamics CRM?

We use Rent Dynamics as our main CRM system. We have used additional products such as Quality Call Scoring, Contact Center, and RentPlus.

What do you like most about Rent Dynamics CRM?

The platform is extremely user-friendly. The simple and bold design is easy to navigate and allows for the user to quickly digest stats that are important to varying roles.

What could Rent Dynamics CRM do better?

Occasionally we find that we need to pull a report on a very specific or drilled down topic, but the Rent Dynamics team does not let that stop us. They are willing to create new custom reporting or features as we find new needs, and they have even assisted in sending us information in one-off situations as needs arise.

Who would you recommend Rent Dynamics CRM to?

Small to medium sized multi-family real estate companies would greatly benefit from the Rent Dynamics CRM.
