Price recommendation

The visualizations are my favorite part. I'm a charts person — I'd rather look at a conversion trend line than read a table of numbers and try to spot the direction myself. Rentana gives me that without any setup. Rent trend, conversion trend, all right there and easy to read. The rest of the platform is straightforward too. Nothing buried three menus deep. I got comfortable with it faster than I expected.

The one thing I keep wishing for is a portfolio-level export. Right now if I want current base rents by unit type, I have to download each property separately and stitch them together in Excel myself. With one or two properties that's fine. Across a portfolio it turns into a recurring chore every time someone asks for a snapshot. What I want is one button that gives me every property, broken out by unit type, in a single sheet. Nothing fancy — I just don't want to be the person copying tabs together.

We are using Rentana to increase our occupancies by having the right data in front of us all the time.
