Having led property operations and revenue teams at both Greystar and AvalonBay, I’ve used just about every major platform in the space—and I can confidently say I wish I’d had Rentana years ago. It’s hands down the most intuitive and user-friendly system I’ve worked with. The platform surfaces the right data at the right time, eliminating the usual hunt for information and enabling faster, better decision-making. The pricing insights are especially impressive. They are integrated into our Teams channel, you can click on a support button within the software, and you have a direct point of contact. Nothing gets missed and no tickets have to be put in.

Value for money

In one quarter, properties have rents that are 25% better and the portfolio occupancy went from 88% to 95%, translating to a 5% QoQ revenue growth.
