What do you like most about Rentana?

Having led property operations and revenue teams at both Greystar and AvalonBay, I’ve used just about every major platform in the space—and I can confidently say I wish I’d had Rentana years ago. It’s hands down the most intuitive and user-friendly system I’ve worked with. Rentana bridges the gap between asset management and site operations, delivering exactly what’s been missing: visibility and speed. The platform surfaces the right data at the right time, eliminating the usual hunt for information and enabling faster, better decision-making. The pricing insights are especially impressive. They don’t just show the numbers—they provide context. That context is what drives real revenue growth and helps teams act strategically, not just reactively. Rentana delivers measurable impact and finally gives teams a platform that supports both performance and execution.

What could Rentana do better?

They have responded to all of our feedback by delivering changes to the software quickly and thoughtfully, so nothing to date!

Who would you recommend Rentana to?

Small, medium, and large companies that want to see lead volume, not just demand curves- reporting and insights accessible to all levels, not just revenue managers- visibility into real-time comp pricing and a dashboard view from portfolio to property level, tied to business plan results.

They are integrated into our Teams channel, you can click on a support button within the software, and you have a direct point of contact. Nothing gets missed and no tickets have to be put in.

Value for money

In one quarter, properties have rents that are 25% better and the portfolio occupancy went from 88% to 95%, translating to a 5% QoQ revenue growth.

It can be turned very quickly with not a lot of time from the teams to support it.

What was your company’s primary use case for Rentana?

Market Rent setting and Lease Renewal Management.

What do you like most about Rentana?

Rentana is a very well-designed pricing program which incorporates AI into their model to help provide quick, thoughtful, and thoroughly explained recommendations to their clients. This program is easy to on-board and deploy and is a tremendous value for the print-point.

What could Rentana do better?

I have not had a single issue with this program and have found Rentana to be incredibly customer service focused. Feedback from their clients is highly prioritized and the group actively looks to incorporate changes regularly to enhance features back on end-user comments and concerns.

Rentana: Pilot to Partnership

What was your company’s primary use case for Rentana?

After spending almost 10 years utilizing Yieldstar/AIRM across various roles and companies, I was asked to build a new revenue management department at 29th Street Capital. After vetting all products in this space, we decided to pilot two vendors and Rentana clearly stood out amongst the pack. Our goal was to optimize daily pricing processes, pro-actively react to real-time data, and ultimately grow asset values.

What do you like most about Rentana?

Ease of implementation was unparalleled and most multi-family apartment communities can be up and running within 24-48 hours (compare this to a minimum of 3-4 weeks at other competitors). The features and data accessibility also gave Rentana a competitive advantage - where other vendors ask you to pay for additional features to see your own data, Rentana partnered with us to build out as many ways possible to see/view/access data to make informed decisions. Lastly, customer support with this team has felt like a true partnership vs. just a transaction based business. The team is always available for questions, troubleshooting and quickly resolves any tickets we submit.

What could Rentana do better?

The Rentana team has been a great partner in continuously enhancing the platform’s features and reporting capabilities. While there’s always room for growth, we appreciate their openness to feedback and their collaborative approach to implementing the functionality we need.
