What do you like most about Resi?

Their web design team sees the vision of each site. They don't take "it's never been done before" as a reason not to do it. Their owner knows the industry and sees the potential for digital to be better. Flexibility with customer website billing.

What could Resi do better?

This is more a product of growth than Resi but there were shifts to process that impacted previous partnership standards of expectation (in fairness they were unrealistic expectations like a full website in 2 weeks) that happened mid project.

Who would you recommend Resi to?

Any apartment complex with a website.

We partnered with Resi to design and manage websites for our portfolio, covering everything from new developments to stabilized assets. Their solutions streamline site updates, manage digital marketing needs, and allow us to easily showcase property details and promotions in a professional and user-friendly way. Resi has become an essential partner as we scale our digital presence.

What do you like most about Resi?

Resi’s proactive and organized approach sets them apart. Their support platform is user-friendly, allowing us to prioritize tickets and monitor progress, which ensures timely issue resolution. The Resi Dashboard is another standout feature—it’s sleek, intuitive, and enables us to seamlessly manage updates like hours, amenities, and specials announcements. I also appreciate their live website feedback tool, which allows us to request changes interactively and provides real-time notifications when updates are made. Their team—Kayla (Client Success Manager), Baylee (Director of Design), and Grady (Founder)—is highly responsive, professional, and always willing to collaborate, offering tailored solutions for our specific needs. The Ads and Design teams have been equally exceptional, always available for calls to clarify or discuss ideas, which has been incredibly helpful.

What could Resi do better?

While our overall experience has been exceptional, I see opportunities for more flexibility within Resi’s integration with our PMS. For instance, enhancing features like the ability to make certain fields required—such as pricing, move-in dates, or unit preferences—would help streamline data collection and ensure it seamlessly feeds into our software. This would not only improve accuracy but also reduce the need for manual input from our teams. Expanding these types of customizable integrations would make an already efficient platform even stronger.

Who would you recommend Resi to?

I would highly recommend Resi to real estate companies, property developers, or any businesses managing large portfolios that require a robust, professional digital presence. Their platform is ideal for organizations looking for user-friendly website management, streamlined support, and a responsive team to help elevate their online marketing efforts.

Grady, Baylee, Julie, and Kayla are outstanding. They are always incredibly responsive, taking the time to make me feel like a priority. Whether it’s a quick email, hopping on a virtual call, or calling me unexpectedly to solve something, their flexibility and attentiveness stand out. The care and passion they have for their clients are evident, and it’s clear how much they value our partnership. Beyond that, the entire Resi team—including their Design, Ads, and Support teams—carries this same level of exceptional customer service. Everyone is so friendly, approachable, and always willing to jump in and help on a whim, which makes working with them such a pleasure.

Value for money

Hands down, Resi offers incredible value. The dashboard is sleek and user-friendly, the reporting capabilities are top-notch, and the overall user experience—both for my team and for prospects—has been amazing. It truly stands out from other platforms we’ve used.

The onboarding process with Resi was seamless. Their team provided clear timelines, thorough guidance, and remained organized every step of the way. If anything, they stayed ahead of the curve, waiting on us for feedback or assets while keeping things on track.

Compatibility with your existing solutions

Resi does a great job integrating with our current solutions, though I do think there’s room for continued growth to build out the platform’s capabilities. That said, when challenges arise, the team is proactive and takes my requests seriously, always working to find a solution—even if temporary. Their ability to prioritize and problem-solve, paired with their responsiveness, makes all the difference.

What was your company’s primary use case for Resi?

We hired Resi to design and build the website for Evora, a new mixed-use development in Las Vegas. We needed a website to showcase our apartments, integrate with our property management software, and highlight the wide variety of amenities available to Evora residents. Resi worked very closely with our team developing a design aesthetic and style unique to Evora. They were incredibly helpful and adaptable throughout the website design and build process. The Resi system for feedback is very efficient and easy to use and their entire talented team made the whole process seamless.

What do you like most about Resi?

I like the easy way to provide feedback using Pastel. I also truly appreciate the accessibility of their entire team who are all extremely responsive. The Resi dashboard is also really easy to use and makes it possible for me to make quick updates to the website without any programming skills.

What could Resi do better?

The only area where I think Resi could improve is just keeping our team informed as we reach the limits of support hours. They were very helpful with showing me how to make specific changes when I requested this information, but an official block of training time would also be really helpful.

Who would you recommend Resi to?

I would recommend Resi to everyone in the multifamily world. They do amazing design work very quickly and build a truly beautiful product. Their whole team really listens and you can see this in the finished product which is unique and personal to your property. Lots of companies do nice websites with cookie cutter templates. That is not Resi; they build a beautiful carefully crafted website that brings all the attributes of your property to life.

Resi was terrific to work with and I am extremely pleased with the website. I look forward to continuing to work with them as our property evolves and we need updates to the website.

The product they provide is fantastic at a very fair price. We did a lot of shopping around and are very happy we selected Resi.

Resi has a very user friendly system for providing website assets and their whole team worked closely with us.

Resi is totally compatible with Yardi and Rent Cafe as well as our interactive site map from Engrain.

The team at Resi helped us through refining our brand by establishing new signature elements, colors, fonts, etc. and to use this brand to drive the development of all new websites for our corporate site and our community sites.

Resi exceeds expectations!

What was your company’s primary use case for Resi?

Resi is creating websites for three of our brands.

What do you like most about Resi?

There are two things that really make Resi stand out from their competitors. The primary differentiator is their customer service and responsiveness. Everyone on their team has been amazing to work with and they have an almost immediate response rate. The other thing I love about Resi is that they are the only website vendor I have worked with to date that truly has an attitude of "no matter what you need, we can make it happen!" They don't nickel and dime you for every change - your website is truly ever evolving...

What could Resi do better?

Resi is already expanding their dashboard but I cant wait to see if some of our obstacles with reporting can be resolved with their dashboard option. This would be above and beyond, so this isnt fair to list as a way they could do better - but right now this is all I can think of!

Who would you recommend Resi to?

Selfishly don't want to tell anyone so that our websites continue to stand out from everyone else's, but I do brag about them a lot!

They are so genuinely nice and incredibly responsive.

Value for money

While they may be more on the front end, the fact that changes can be made ongoing without charging for every interaction was a huge factor in my decision to use them.

Easy process and the communication is open and ongoing.

They had never worked with our property mangement software previously, but adapted in record time and are even working on solutions that our other vendors (with experience dealing with the software that we use) were not able to overcome.
