Attract and retain the BEST renters!

What was your company’s primary use case for Stake?

We typically purchase value-add apartment buildings that need renovation and stabilization on a tight schedule. Stabilization requires a renter base that consistently performs at, or above market. Because time is of the essence, we need to attract and retain the absolute BEST renters that prioritize full, on-time rental payments month after month. We identified Stake as a viable program to help expedite this process.

What do you like most about Stake?

Where traditional concessions are generally front or back end loaded (Half off your first month rent!, Last month free!), with Stake, our renters are able to EARN this reward by performing certain behaviors that we want to see: Full, on-time rental payments... Early lease renewals... Renter referrals... You name it. The product malleable to your specific needs, and the Stake Team always comes to the table prepared with a campaign to meet or exceed whatever goals the property needs to achieve.
