What was your company’s primary use case for SuiteSpot Maintenance?

We use Suitespot to track our active and ongoing renovations at all of our Multi-family properties.

What do you like most about SuiteSpot Maintenance?

I like Suitespot most for the ability to track everything in one place and to be able to look back on any previous work done.

What could SuiteSpot Maintenance do better?

Turnaround time it takes to fix any changes I request to be made.

Who would you recommend SuiteSpot Maintenance to?

Anybody else in our industry that needs it for the use that we are using it for.

Customer support and service

I've only had quality experience with anyone from Suitespot!! Shoutout Adam and Darius!

Value for money

It works well and serves its purpose but for the turnaround time that it takes to fix anything I would pay exactly what we are paying.

Ease of onboarding

We use it for construction managers (not tech savvy) it's been a little complicated for them to catch on with all the steps. But the more they use it the easier it gets.

Compatibility with your existing solutions

Doesnt connect to Yardi with the limitations we would need to demand but works well without it too.
