Our company implemented this in hopes of reducing the number of fraudulent pay stubs and fraudulent applications.

What do you like most about VeriFast?

I like how responsive the support team is. Anytime we have issues or questions, the support team has always been ready to help in a timely manner. The biggest benefit is knowing that each approved applicant has been vetted through Verifast's extensive verification process.

VeriFast helps our company get our applicants approved faster and is great for detecting any fraudulent documentations .

I like that VeriFast is very simple to use, and the customer support team is extremely helpful and responds quickly. We also love that it speeds up the approval process.

We primarily use Verifast to screen applicants for our owners to ensure we are placing good tenants

What do you like most about VeriFast?

We love the account screening feature that indicates if someone has pet bills/orders if they have not disclosed the pet during their application

What could VeriFast do better?

Like all systems, sometimes this is hard for our elderly or less tech savvy tenants to use. We have lost a percentage of applicants that are unwilling or unable to go through the process

Who would you recommend VeriFast to?

I would recommend Verifast as a great option to save the tedious manual verifications of work, income, and ability to pay.

The responsiveness of the VeriFast team stands out the most. Anytime we’ve needed help or had questions, their support team has responded quickly and resolved things right away. Their system is also very intuitive and easy to use.

Honestly, we haven’t encountered many issues. On the rare occasion something does come up, the support team is quick to resolve it. Continued expansion of integrations with other platforms would be a great enhancement.
